Luxury without the crowds

Lodges at Epworth Fields are for owners’ own use and can’t be let out. That means no changeover days, no stag weekends next door, and a park that stays quiet all year. It’s gated, set in 12.5 acres of North Lincolnshire countryside, with:

• an owners-only fishing lake, which some lodges overlook (see our lakeside lodges)
• woodland walks and a picnic area
• a welcome for dogs
• a 12-month season

Luxuries you can add

Luxury isn’t only about the lodge itself. It’s also about how you spend your time there. At Epworth Fields, you can make your lodge your own:

• A hot tub. Hot tubs are allowed. They aren’t standard, so we can add one to your lodge for you, or you can add your own. See lodges for sale with a hot tub.
• Quiet time by the water. The fishing lake is for owners only.
• Your dog. Dogs are welcome.
• Any time of year. The park is open 12 months a year.

Can I buy a luxury lodge with a mortgage?

No. You can’t buy a holiday lodge with a mortgage. We accept lodges, motorhomes, static caravans, touring caravans and chalets in part-exchange.

Do I pay council tax?

No. You don’t pay council tax on a holiday lodge.

A luxury purchase shouldn’t come with surprises. Our site fee is published (£3,000 plus VAT a year) and frozen for 5 years for every buyer. Luxury lodge homes for sale: a holiday home, not a main home

Many lodges are built close to residential standards, so it’s natural to ask whether you can live in one. On a holiday park you can’t. A holiday lodge is for holidays and breaks, not a main residence. With our 12-month season, you can still use it whenever you like.
