Because Epworth Fields has a 12-month holiday season, you can use the Lakewood whenever it suits you, whether that's a bright spring weekend by the owners' fishing lake or a cosy winter break. The park is gated and set in 12.5 acres of North Lincolnshire countryside, with woodland walks and a picnic area right on the doorstep. Dogs are welcome too.
At £99,995, the price includes siting, connection, decking and furnishings, so there are no surprise extras once you've agreed the sale. The annual site fee is £3,000 + VAT, frozen for five years, which makes planning your costs simple. Owners don't pay council tax on a holiday lodge. Hot tubs are allowed if you'd like to add one, though they aren't fitted as standard.
