Then we brought in luxury lodge ownership, and the park began a new chapter as a small, gated estate where owners come first.
Our home is Epworth, North Lincolnshire, a historic market town on the Isle of Axholme, and the birthplace of John and Charles Wesley, the founders of Methodism. Their childhood home, Epworth Old Rectory, is maintained as a museum, and their father, Samuel Wesley, was rector of Epworth from 1695 to 1735. It’s a quiet, friendly place with independent shops and a strong sense of history, and we wanted the park to feel the same: small, peaceful and part of the community. Our family has run Epworth Fields for many years, and the park has grown into a small lodge estate where owners come first. Our holiday lodges for sale in North Lincolnshire start from £49,995, and the price includes everything. The annual site fee of £3,000 + VAT is frozen for five years for every buyer, including buyers of pre-owned lodges.
