Fishing in Lincolnshire: Lodges with an Owners-Only Lake

Fishing in Lincolnshire often means booking a fishing break, driving to a busy day-ticket water and hoping for a good spot. At Epworth Fields there’s another way: own a holiday lodge on a small, gated park with a fully stocked fishing lake kept just for owners. We’re in the North Lincolnshire countryside just outside Epworth, with easy access from the A1 and M18.

Our Owners-Only Fishing Lake

The lake is stocked with carp, bream and roach. It’s for lodge owners only: there are no day tickets, no private pegs and no fishing shop, so bring your own tackle.

Lodges for sale with an owners-only fishing lake

The fishing lake at Epworth Fields is for lodge owners only, so it stays quiet and you’ll rarely have to share your favourite peg. It’s one of the reasons people choose to buy here: you can walk from your deck to the water whenever you like, all year round, as the park has a 12-month season. If you’re looking for holiday lodges in Lincolnshire with fishing on the doorstep, our pre-owned three-bedroom lodge looks out over the lake. See which lakeside lodges are for sale. Lodges start from £49,995, and the price includes everything. The annual site fee is £3,000 + VAT, frozen for five years. See all current lodges for sale in Lincolnshire at Epworth Fields, and book a viewing by appointment.

The park is designed around owners, not holidaymakers.

Luxury Lodge Ownership

A quiet lake, just for owners

There’s no fishing shop and no day tickets, so bring your own tackle and enjoy the peace. Our family team is always on hand to help with anything on the park, and to recommend days out nearby.

A lodge of your own instead of a fishing break

If you take two or three fishing breaks in Lincolnshire a year, it’s worth doing the sums on a lodge of your own. There’s no booking and no checking out. Your lodge is fully furnished and ready when you arrive, the season runs for 12 months, and the lake is a short walk from your door. Some lodges overlook the water: see which lakeside lodges are for sale. Comparing fishing lodges further afield? Read our guide to fishing lodges in the UK. Own one of our fishing lodges by an owners-only lake.

Before you cast a line

Please note: anyone aged 13 or over needs an Environment Agency rod licence to fish for freshwater fish in England, even on a private lake. You can buy one online at GOV.UK. There’s no tackle shop on site, so bring your own rod, bait and kit.

A quiet base, with dogs welcome

A lodge here makes a quiet weekend base, and there’s plenty to enjoy away from the lake too. Away from the water you’ll find woodland and a picnic area. Dogs are welcome, with walks from the door. Epworth’s shops, cafés and pubs are a few minutes away.

Come and see the lake

We take motorhomes, static caravans and touring caravans in part-exchange, and lodges are for owners’ own use, so they’re never let out. Viewings are by appointment: call 07919 961115 or book a viewing.

Quiet little gem of a place, well worth renting or buying a place there away from the hustle an bustle, walks and flat cycle routes a plenty and a good selection of eateries close at hand

We purchased a holiday lodge over a year ago and it was the best decision ever made, the peace and tranquility is second to none! To be able to come to the park as and when and watch the wildlife outside your window listening to nothing but the birds singing is just amazing! There is constant investment and improvements being made which makes it even more beautiful, gorgeous views, friendly people and total tranquility what more could we ask for. Lodges are exceptional and of a high standard i 100%recommend the lodges and the tranquility of the park

Lovely setting, fantastic people, beautifully quiet and totally relaxing , work in progress on cottage but still a great stay, will hopefully return to see how things have moved on. Thank you residents and staff for helping to extend our stay.

We went for a short visit with some friends as a breakaway and thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The cottages were nice and clean, the park itself had lots of space for the little ones to play, some nice countryside views and a nice little lake with some ducks (the kids loved to feed them!). The park was ideally located for some walking and a fair bit of cycling around the local roads - and the local pub (the white bear) was perfect for an evening pint! We also managed to hit Doncaster wildlife park which we can highly recommend!!
