Our free brochure tells you everything you need to know about buying a holiday lodge in Lincolnshire at Epworth Fields. Lodges start from £49,995, and the price includes everything. The annual site fee is £3,000 + VAT, frozen for five years for every buyer, new or pre-owned. A few questions we’re often asked: owners don’t pay council tax on a holiday lodge, hot tubs are allowed but aren’t fitted as standard, and dogs are welcome. Lodges are for owners’ own use only, which is why the park stays so peaceful.
Once you’ve had a read, the next step is a viewing. Viewings are by appointment, Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 1pm to 3pm.
