They aren’t fitted as standard, so the choice is yours: we can add a hot tub to your lodge for you, or you can add your own. Lodges start from £49,995, and every price includes siting, connection, decking and furnishings. The annual site fee is £3,000 plus VAT, frozen for 5 years.

How hot tubs work at Epworth Fields

There are two simple ways to have a hot tub on your lodge:

• We add one for you. Tell us you’d like a hot tub when you buy, and we can add one to your lodge. We’ll go through the options with you at your viewing.
• You add your own. If you already own a hot tub, or would rather choose one yourself, you’re welcome to add it to your lodge.

Hot tubs aren’t included as standard, so the price on each listing is for the lodge itself: sited, connected, decked and furnished. A hot tub is something you add only if you want one.

Lodges with hot tubs for sale: start with the deck

Decking is included with every lodge, and the deck is where a hot tub lives. When you compare lodges with a hot tub in mind, look at:

1. Space. Is there room for a hot tub and still somewhere to sit, eat and dry off?
2. Privacy. Does the deck face a quiet outlook rather than a neighbour’s windows?
3. Access. Do doors open straight onto the deck, so it’s a few steps from the lounge?
4. The view. A hot tub is at its best facing open countryside or water.

A hot tub is about peace and quiet, and that’s what an owners-only park gives you. Lodges at Epworth Fields are for owners’ own use and can’t be let out, so there are no changeover days and no party weekends next door. The park sits in 12.5 acres of countryside on the Isle of Axholme, with:

• woodland walks and a picnic area
• a welcome for dogs
• a 12-month season, so you can use your hot tub on crisp winter nights as well as summer evenings

Costs you can plan

Every lodge price includes siting, connection, decking and furnishings, and the site fee is the same for every buyer: £3,000 plus VAT a year, frozen for 5 years. Choosing your lodge with a hot tub in mind

We sell new lodges by Love Holiday Homes, and we also have a Victory lodge, the Victory Lakewood. When you view, tell us you’d like a hot tub, and we’ll talk you through how it would work on each lodge.

A few things to think about:

• When you’ll use it. The park is open 12 months a year, so a hot tub isn’t just for summer.
• Who supplies it. We can add one to your lodge for you, or you can add your own. Ask us at your viewing.
• Your overall budget. Lodges start from £49,995, and the site fee is £3,000 plus VAT a year, frozen for 5 years. A hot tub is an extra you choose, not something built into the price.
• Part-exchange. We accept lodges, motorhomes, static caravans, touring caravans and chalets, which can help with the cost.
