Epworth Fields has been in our family’s hands for many years, and we’ve shaped it into a small lodge estate where owners come first.

With a 12-month season, your lodge is there whenever you want it, all year round.

Today, Epworth Fields is all about lodge ownership. We offer holiday lodges for sale in North Lincolnshire on a gated, 12.5-acre park, with lodges from £49,995. The price includes everything. Owners pay an annual site fee of £3,000 + VAT, and it is frozen for five years for every buyer, new or pre-owned. The park is open for a full 12-month season, dogs are welcome, and the fishing lake is kept just for owners. Lodges here aren’t let out, so you’ll get to know your neighbours rather than a stream of holidaymakers. We purchased a holiday lodge over a year ago and it was the best decision ever made, the peace and tranquility is second to none! To be able to come to the park as and when and watch the wildlife outside your window listening to nothing but the birds singing is just amazing! There is constant investment and improvements being made which makes it even more beautiful, gorgeous views, friendly people and total tranquility what more could we ask for.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We went for a short visit with some friends as a breakaway and thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The cottages were nice and clean, the park itself had lots of space for the little ones to play, some nice countryside views and a nice little lake with some ducks (the kids loved to feed them!). The park was ideally located for some walking and a fair bit of cycling around the local roads - and the local pub (the white bear) was perfect for an evening pint! We also managed to hit Doncaster wildlife park which we can highly recommend!!
