Already own a holiday lodge, but not happy with your park? You don’t have to sell up and start again. At Epworth Fields we welcome “bring ons”: you bring your own lodge, and we look after the move. We only have a few pitches left for lodges coming from other parks, so it’s worth getting in touch soon.
Why owners move their lodge to Epworth Fields
People usually get in touch for the same few reasons: site fees that keep rising every year, a park that has become too busy, or a season that’s too short. Epworth Fields is a small, gated, owners-only park on 12.5 acres in North Lincolnshire. It’s privately run, with woodland walks, a picnic area and an owners-only fishing lake. No crowds, no clubhouse noise, just a peaceful place to enjoy your lodge.
A site fee you can plan around
Our site fee is £3,000 plus VAT a year, frozen for 5 years, and that applies to lodges brought on from other parks too. It’s one of the lowest site fees in the area, and because it’s frozen you’ll know your biggest running cost for the next five years before you move. Water is included; electricity is metered and gas is bottled.
A 12-month holiday season
Many parks close for part of the winter. Ours has a 12-month holiday season, so you can use your lodge for weekends and breaks all year round, from spring walks to cosy winter getaways.
Where we are
Epworth Fields is on Newlands Lane, Epworth, on the Isle of Axholme. Epworth, Crowle, Belton and Thorne are all close by, and Scunthorpe and Doncaster are a short drive away.
Is my lodge suitable?
We accept holiday lodges rather than standard static caravans, so if you’re a lodge or static caravan owner wondering whether yours would fit, the key questions are simple:
- It needs to be a lodge, in keeping with the look of the park.
- It needs to be in good order and good condition.
The easiest first step is to send us a few photos of your lodge by WhatsApp, and we’ll let you know.
We handle the move
Moving a lodge sounds like a big job, but we make it easy:
- Leaving your current park. Check your pitch licence agreement and let your current park know you’re leaving.
- Transport. We arrange the transport of your lodge to Epworth Fields.
- Paperwork, siting and connection. We sort the paperwork and get your lodge sited and connected on its new pitch, so you don’t need to chase anything.

Your pitch licence agreement
When you move to us you’ll sign a pitch licence agreement setting out how the site fee works and what’s included. We’ll go through it with you before anything is agreed. See our guide: Pitch licence agreement explained.
