No. Epworth Fields Holiday Park is a holiday lodge park. We sell holiday lodges, and the park is for lodge owners only. There’s no camping, no touring pitches and no holiday lets.
You might still see Epworth Fields listed as a campsite, or with touring pitches or cottages, on some older websites and directories. Those listings are out of date, and we’re asking them to update.
We no longer take camping, touring or holiday bookings. Today, we only sell holiday lodges.
What Epworth Fields is today
- A lodge park. We sell new and pre-owned holiday lodges, from £49,995.
- Owners only. Lodges are for owners’ own use and can’t be let out.
- Open all year. The park is open 12 months a year for owners.
- Family-run. A small park, family-run for many years.
- In the countryside. 12.5 acres on Newlands Lane, just outside Epworth on the Isle of Axholme, North Lincolnshire DN9 1JA, with woodland walks, a picnic area and a fishing lake for owners only.
- Dogs welcome.

Thinking about owning a lodge?
Every lodge is sold with siting, connection, decking and furnishings included. The annual site fee is £3,000 plus VAT, frozen for 5 years for every buyer. Owners don’t pay council tax. You can’t buy a holiday lodge with a mortgage.
