For a lot of buyers, the dog isn’t an afterthought. It’s part of everyday life, and a holiday home that doesn’t welcome dogs is a non-starter. If you’re looking at dog friendly holiday homes for sale, Epworth Fields is worth a visit.
We’re a small, gated, family-run park in North Lincolnshire, and dogs are welcome. Lodges start from £49,995, and the price includes siting, connection, decking and furnishings. The annual site fee is £3,000 plus VAT, frozen for 5 years for every buyer.
Dog friendly lodges for sale at Epworth Fields
Every lodge we sell is on a dog friendly park, so you don’t have to hunt for a special “pet lodge”. Choose the lodge you like and bring the dog along.
You can browse all our current lodges for sale, from two-bedroom lodges to a pre-owned three-bedroom. Our lodges include Love Holiday Homes models and a Victory Lakewood built by Victory.
Walks from your lodge door
Dog owners usually ask about walks first. Here’s what’s on offer:
- Inside the park: woodland walks and a picnic area within our 12.5 acres.
- On the doorstep: open countryside around the park, on the Isle of Axholme.
- Further afield: footpaths and circular walks around Epworth and the surrounding villages. See our guide to the local area for ideas.

Why a quiet park suits dogs (and their owners)
Epworth Fields is owners-only. There’s no letting or subletting, so you won’t have a stream of holidaymakers, and their dogs, coming and going every weekend. The people around you are fellow owners, who get to know you and your dog.
The park is gated, which many dog owners like for peace of mind.
We have a 12-month season too, so the dog can enjoy crisp winter walks as well as summer evenings on the deck.
What to look for in a dog friendly lodge park
If you’re comparing dog friendly lodge parks, ask each one:
- Are dogs welcome on every lodge, or only some? Here, dogs are welcome.
- Where are the walks? Look for walks on the park and countryside close by.
- Is the park busy with lets? A quiet, owners-only park is calmer for nervous dogs.
- What does the deck look like? Decking is included with every lodge here, so think about where the dog will sit while you have your morning coffee.
The fishing lake
Our fishing lake is for owners only, so it stays peaceful. If you’re an angler, see fishing at Epworth Fields.
