What to compare on 2 bed lodges for sale
Two-bedroom lodges vary more than you’d think. When you look round, compare:
- The second bedroom. Is it a twin or a double? Will the beds suit the people who’ll use them?
- Bathrooms. Some two-bed lodges have an en-suite as well as a main bathroom. Check the listing, then see it for yourself.
- Living space. Is the lounge big enough for four on a rainy day?
- The deck. Decking is included with every lodge here, and it’s where you’ll spend summer evenings.
- Winter comfort. Ask about heating, insulation and glazing. We have a 12-month season, so you’ll want to use it all year.
- The setting. Where the lodge sits on the park matters as much as the lodge itself. Ask what’s around it.

We have new and pre-owned lodges. A new lodge gives you a fresh interior and first-owner peace of mind. A pre-owned lodge can give you more lodge for your money. Every buyer gets the same 5-year site fee freeze.
Life at Epworth Fields
Epworth Fields sits in 12.5 acres of countryside on the Isle of Axholme, close to the M18 and A1. It’s owners-only: there’s no letting or subletting, so the park stays quiet. There are woodland walks, a picnic area and a fishing lake just for owners.
- Dogs are welcome.
- Hot tubs are allowed. We can add one to your lodge, or you can fit your own. They’re not included as standard.
- No council tax is payable on a holiday lodge.
- Part-exchange is accepted on lodges, chalets, static caravans, touring caravans and motorhomes.
