Buying a Love Holiday Homes lodge on a park
You can’t buy a lodge and put it anywhere you like. A holiday lodge needs a pitch on a holiday park, with a base, services and permission already in place. When you buy from us, the lodge comes already sited on its pitch at Epworth Fields, with everything connected.
That’s why it’s worth looking at the park as closely as the lodge. Ask any park:
- What’s included in the price? Here, siting, connection, decking and furnishings are all included.
- What’s the site fee, and will it go up? Ours is £3,000 plus VAT a year, frozen for 5 years.
- Is the park open all year? We have a 12-month season.
- Is there letting on the park? Not here. Epworth Fields is owners-only, with no letting or subletting.
- Can you part-exchange? We accept part-exchange on lodges, chalets, static caravans, touring caravans and motorhomes.
New or pre-owned?

Life at Epworth Fields
Epworth Fields sits in 12.5 acres of countryside on the Isle of Axholme, close to the M18 and A1. It’s a quiet place: there’s no letting, so the only people around are fellow owners. You’ll find woodland walks, a picnic area and a fishing lake that’s for owners only.
Dogs are welcome, so bring yours along. Hot tubs are allowed too. We can add one to your lodge, or you can fit your own. They’re not included as standard.
There’s no council tax on a holiday lodge, and the lodge plans for the park were approved on appeal.
