You’ll find us on Newlands Lane, just outside Epworth in North Lincolnshire, on a quiet, gated park with good links to the A1 and M18. Lodges start from £49,995, and the price includes everything. The annual site fee is £3,000 + VAT, frozen for five years for every buyer. Visiting Epworth Fields
Epworth Fields is a small, gated, family-run lodge park on Newlands Lane, Epworth, North Lincolnshire DN9 1JA. Viewings are by appointment, so call 07919 961115 or send us a message and we’ll find a time that suits you. We’ll show you the lodges for sale, the owners-only fishing lake and the park itself.
Lodges start from £49,995, and the price includes siting, connection, decking and furnishings. The annual site fee is £3,000 plus VAT, frozen for 5 years for every buyer. Lodges are for owners’ own use and can’t be let out, and dogs are welcome.
You can’t buy a holiday lodge with a mortgage. We take motorhomes, static caravans and touring caravans in part-exchange, so tell us what you have when you get in touch.
