Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. External utility room with washing machine (shared with other properties on-site). Rear garden with patio and garden furniture. 2 small dogs welcome.
Coarse fishing on-site (licence required). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.

For those wishing to explore further afield, Doncaster with its famous racecourse is 20 miles, with Newark on Trent, Leeds, Scunthorpe, Beverley, and York all offering days out within an hour’s drive.
