A hideaway haven located just outside picturesque Epworth with its bars, shops and various eateries. Set in 12 ½ acres of peaceful secluded grounds the cottage is surrounded by open countryside through which there are plenty of beautiful scenic walks. A fully stocked fishing lake, picnic area, woodland and children’s play area provide for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, pets included. You can be assured of a friendly welcome and the knowledge that someone will always be on hand to help.

 

The space

Large four-bedroom converted 19th-century agricultural barn set around a pretty courtyard with seating and children’s play area. Cottage 4 truly is a fully equipped “home from home” with plenty of parking for you and any guests.

 

Please note: There is an unfenced lake on-site, 110 yards away.

 

Epworth Fields Country Park enjoys a peaceful countryside location which has five modern barn conversions set on 12 acres and surrounded by open countryside, ideal for a relaxing break. Included on site is a well-stocked coarse fishing lake, along with a range of accommodations from a one-bedroomed former stable to three-bedroomed, three-bathroom barn conversions, there is something to suit everyone’s needs.

 

Miles of walks and cycle routes through the surrounding countryside await you, offering the opportunity to stroll along and unwind in the fresh air of the lovely open countryside during your stay at our cottage to rent in Lincolnshire. Nearby Epworth, just 2 miles, provides things to do during your stay, including a good range of shops, restaurants, takeaways and pubs to enjoy. For those wishing to explore further afield, Doncaster with its famous racecourse is 20 miles, with Newark on Trent, Leeds, Scunthorpe, Beverley, and York all offering days out within an hour’s drive.
